Technological innovations
1.316L stainless steel sintered filter screen is firstly adopted and features high strength, high fineness and corrosion
resistance; its highest filter fineness can reach 2 micrometers.
2.atented internal mechanical structure is adopted to achieve high pressure backwash function; external high pressure
backwash of filter screen combined with internal self-priming can fundamentally remove the impurities in filter screen
and clean all areas; and no mitigation occurs on flux so as to ensure the filter efficiency and long service life.
3.Differential signal for leaning is transmitted by means of pressure difference transmitter to overcome the shortcoming of
large inaccuracy of differential pressure switch.
4.Transmission mechanism is made in built-in mode to be isolated from flow components and equipped with disengaging
protection function to prevent motor or components of filter body from damaging to ensure stable operation.
5. The drain outlet featuring simple and practical style is made with hydraulic seal and requires no electromagnetic valve
or other vulnerable sealing elements.
6.The flanges in inlet and outlet are designed in flexible structure; screw can be flexibly rotated and adjusted and is easy
