    We have made multi-dimensional renovations on techniques, exterior design and internal structure on the basis of on-site feedback and experience obtained. Currently, the third generation of Shi Ji Yuan brand double intelligent pressure differential filter has been launched, through which new great stride on the way of goal has been made. The product is stable in performance, more sophisticated in techniques and more mature in technology.
Proposal for technical renovation
  1、Water inlet and outlet, flange, backwash pump base, bracket fixed plate, electric         cabinet bearing are made of precision casting in replacement of carbon steel         welded element to improve processing fineness, which embodies unique brand         culture.
  2、External high pressure backwash pipe and pressure transmission pipe are made         of 316L stainless steel tube in replacement of original rubber tube to enhance         product’s appearance beauty and rot-proof capacity.
  3、Backwash pressure has been increased from 1.6MPa to 2.2MPa as result of         further optimization of backwash structure to provide assurance to cleaning         efficiency.
  4、Special anti-rot material is adopted within shell body in response to high salinity         seawater filter system to ensure long service life of equipment.
  5、The location of high pressure pump is changed from the upper side of equipment         body to its lower side to make the exterior appearance of equipment more         beautiful and meanwhile facilitate collection of water for backwash and prevent         water shortage for backwash or backwash pump from running idle at the time of         no pressure on water outlet pipe.
  6、Electric system is changed into integrated mode with exterior shape becoming         more exquisite and operation and maintenance simpler and can be under remote         control to upgrade the whole level of product.
  7、Further renovation has been made on hermetically sealed construction with the         adoption of assembly mode to further make pollutants discharging smoother and         meanwhile prevent discharge shaft from wear and tear as result of particulate         pollutants during the stroke.
  8、Backwash control mode is changed from original single different pressure control         mode into different pressure and time dual control one.
