Working principles and flow

    Pressurized raw water enters the equipment body through water inlet, and firstly passes through the primary strainer by external pressure to remove large particulate impurities, and the water exit from the primary strainer enters fine mesh filter to further intercept fine impurities and is finally delivered for use.

    With the accumulation of various types of pollutants of filter medium inside the fine mesh filter, the filter channel may be blocked and the differential pressure between water inlet and outlet is increasing; when the differential pressure reaches the pre-set value, pressure difference transmitter connected to water inlet and outlet will detect differential pressure signal and converted it into 4-20mA current signal to be delivered to control system; and meanwhile backwash frequency can also be preset by means of time, when the time for operation reaches the preset value, system will automatically start stroke motor and backwash high head pump, the transmission mechanism will drive the filth collector outfitted with suction nozzle to rotate and horizontally move inside the mesh filter, meanwhile outside the mesh filter, high pressure backwash system will make action in synchronism with slowdown apparatus, without interruption to the normal operation, small part of product water will be used to conduct high pressure backwash to filter screen; backwash water passing through filter screen together with impurities removed from filter screen will be quickly sucked by suction nozzle into filth collector and delivered to the discharge room and finally discharged through drain outlet.

     After one backwash stroke, differential pressure will decrease, components will be reset, and system will get back to normal.
